Terms of Service

Ssak: Three Habits · Effective: April 8, 2026

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between users and the service provider in connection with use of the Ssak: Three Habits application (the "App").

2. Service Description

Ssak is a local-only habit tracker that helps you record and manage daily habits. Key characteristics:

• All data is stored only on your device.
• No sign-up or account creation is required.
• The App works without an internet connection.
• No personal information or usage data is transmitted to any external server.

3. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without authorization.
• Use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law.

4. Data Management

All App data is stored locally on your device. The service provider has no access to your data.

• Uninstalling the App removes all data from your device.
• Backing up your data is your responsibility.
• The service provider is not liable for any data loss arising from device damage, loss, or factory reset.

5. Disclaimer

The service provider is not liable for:

• Service disruption caused by force majeure, device failure, or operating system issues.
• Service disruption or data loss caused by user actions.
• Outcomes of personal habit formation achieved through the App.
• Damages caused by user violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the service provider. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only and may not reproduce, distribute, or sell it in any form without prior written consent.

7. Service Changes and Termination

The service provider may change the App's features, interface, or policies, and may discontinue the service if necessary. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notices or updates.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated in accordance with applicable law or service operating policies. Updated Terms take effect through subsequent App updates.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted under, and any dispute between the user and the service provider shall be governed by, the laws of the Republic of Korea.
